  1. Are the stickers waterproof?
    1. Yes! All stickers are made with high quality vinyl sticker paper and then also laminated to make them super tough and water resistant. My recommendation is to handwash items with stickers on them, but I’ve had lots of customers say they do well in the dishwasher as well. 
  2. Where is my order? 
    1. Pre-transit
      1. If your order has been marked “pre-transit” for over a week, please reach out to me via email to discuss the status of your package.
    2. In-transit
      1. If your order has been marked as “in-transit” then the post office has received your package, and it is on its way to you. I have no other information about your package, including tracking status. If you have concerns about where your package is, reach out to your local post office. 
    3. Out for Delivery
      1. If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t seen it – DO NOT FEAR! USPS often scans packages as delivered 1-2 days before the package arrives. Please give your package another day to arrive. If it does not arrive by then, I recommend reaching out to your local post office.
    4. I am unable to replace lost or stolen packages. I know this sucks, but it costs a lot to send out new packages for something that is very much out of my hands. 
  3. Are you taking new clients?
    1. You are so valid for asking this question, but I do not accept referrals via this small business! If you’re looking for a therapist, try an online directory like Psychology Today or Inclusive Therapists. If you’re looking for a therapist similar to me, look for someone who describes themselves as a relational therapist or someone trained in EMDR. 
  4. Do you do bulk orders?
